Gary Musson - Managing Director


Gary has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, many of which were at board level. He is a chartered safety practitioner with a practical view on the application of safety in the workplace. He was also CHAS scheme accredited assessor, having assessed nearly three thousand companies over his ten years of service. With this wealth of knowledge and experience he is ideally placed to advise clients on scheme compliance issues. Gary was Chair of the Swadlincote Chamber of Trade from 2012-2015, where he still sits as a committee member. He was Chair of the East Midlands regional branch of the IIRSM from 2011-2014. Gary was voted in as a County Councillor for Derbyshire in 2017, and also sits as a member of the Derbyshire Fire and Rescue Authority.

Angie Musson - Company Secretary / Director

With a diverse background, mainly in construction related businesses, Angie brings a professional touch to the support side of the business.

Christopher Ogden - Senior Associate


Health and safety specialist. Christopher holds the NEBOSH General Certificate qualification, and a background in timber based manufacturing industries. Chris also holds an NVQ Level 5 diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Practice.

Iain Mitchell


Iain has worked for most of his career in an engineering and manufacturing background. Iain was formerly the Health & Safety Manager at Taylors Bellfoundry in Loughborough. He is now part of our Third Party Accreditation team and assists Clients with their applications. Holding the Nebosh General Certificate and has, in addition, studied at Diploma level. Iain has attained Associate Membership of the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management and also Technical Membership of the Institute of Occupational Safety & Health.

Michael Pattinson


Michael is a chartered member of IOSH and has 22 years of experience as a health and safety professional, much of that time was spent in the concrete and aggregates sector with a period of time working as a consultant. Michael has a very pragmatic approach to health and safety and always tries to deliver sensible solutions to any client problems. He also has full membership with the Institute of Fire Prevention Officers which keeps him informed of any changes or issues in relation to fire safety.
